  6. More Control allows you to quickly and easily access many of those
  7. settings in WIN.INI and SYSTEM.INI that Microsoft did not see fit to
  8. include in the Control Panel dialogs.  Easily change the colors used
  9. by the Windows help engine in displaying hypertext, the alignment of 
  10. drop down menus, the vertical spacing between icons, the font used to 
  11. display icon titles plus many other settings.  Also, an easy to use 
  12. ini file editor is included as part of More Control.

  14. Now includes CP Add-In.  This CP module allows you to add any program
  15. you want to the Control Panel dialog.

  17. INSTALLATION:
  18. Run install.exe for automatic installation.
  19.  
  20. Or, for manual install, perform the following:
  21.  
  22. 1. Copy the files morecon.cpl, cpaddin.cpl and mcspin.dll to your 
  23.    Windows SYSTEM directory.
  24.  
  25. 2. Copy the files morecon.hlp and setfont.exe to your Windows directory.
  26.  
  27. That's it.  From now on, when you run the Control Panel you should 
  28. have an additional icon in the Control Panel window labeled More Control 
  29. which will allow you to access the program.  You will also have an icon
  30. for the CP Add-In program.  The online help gives full details on both
  31. programs operation.

  33. For more information on the Windows settings affected by More Control
  34. see the files winini.wri and sysini.wri in your Windows directory.  Also,
  35. refer to the Windows Resource Kit available from Microsoft.

  37. To uninstall More Control simply delete the files mentioned above.  Note 
  38. that uninstalling More Control will NOT return your system settings to 
  39. their state before using More Control.  There will also be a section
  40. labeled [More Control] in win.ini that may be deleted.

  42. REGISTRATION INFORMATION
  43. Note that this is a shareware program.  As such, you may use it on a trial
  44. basis for thirty days.  After this time, the program should be registered 
  45. if it is continued to be used.  The cost is $12.50.  For a disk with the

  57. out orderfrm.txt for an order form.  After registering you will receive a
  58. letter giving you your registration code to eliminate the registration 
  59. ialog box.

  105. Panel, morecon.exe is provided.  This file lets you run More Control
  106. just like a normal application.  Please do let us know if you are unable
